On 7 January 2013, I started practical in Pejabat Mara Daerah Kuala Selangor. My work time started from 8.00 a.m until 5.00 p.m. First day in office, I already familiar with the office environment because before this I already make a summer placement in my diploma level. In this office, there was 3 staff permanent and 4 practical student. I needed to report myself with En. Hady Suhairy bin Baseri, Pegawai Mara Daerah Kuala Selangor, that was my supervisor. He were given me instruction about the work to be done here. The work in first week was interrupted because the internet network were broken. So, the payment from client had to be done by manually. Usually, after the customer make the payment the will received the printed resit, but, with broken internet network, the resit will be write by hand by the staff. The resit will be confirmed by the permanent staff there. Network broken also will affected the work like making daily report of collection of money. So, there were not much as been done in first week.
